Where the product you purchase is subject to our "Easy 30 Day Returns Policy" you can purchase direct from us with confidence, and definitely no hassle. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we simply ask that you return the product to us at least half-full within 30 days after the date that you placed your order. Please ensure that you are satisfied with our return policy before placing an order. The costs associated with the return of the product(s) must be met by you.

Once the product has been returned you will receive a product refund together with the delivery costs that you paid up to the amount of our standard delivery charge (unless we have already refunded that charge to you in connection with any other return) or a product exchange to the same value (subject to availability and reason for return) depending on your preference. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for purchase. Please see below as to how to return the product(s).

Where your order benefited from a discount or offer by virtue of it being a custom bundle, eligible product combination or due to your shopping cart value, then if you do not return the entire order we will recalculate the order price of the products that you have chosen to retain using the prices and appropriate discounts (if any) applicable at the time of your original order. We will then refund the difference (if any) between the price of your original order and the recalculated order. Where the value or nature of your original order entitled you to a free gift you must also return that free gift at least half-full at the same time, failing which we reserve the right to deduct the price of that gift from the refund (or charge you any excess, if the value of the free gift is greater than the amount of the refund due). Please note that pre-made kits (eg The CSA Philosophy Kit) are considered single products and must be returned as one item with each item in the kit returned at least half-full.

If your product was purchased from another e-tailer, you will need to arrange your return with them directly in accordance with their own returns policy.

Simply contact us for a returns number and, upon receipt of your product, we will issue your refund.

How It Works
Sleep Glycolic is the Medik8 approach to at-home glycolic acid.
1. Glycolic acid is the most powerful of AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids). As a result, glycolic acid can address more stubborn skin concerns such as uneven texture and a lacklustre complexion.
2. High strength at-home glycolic acid products (most commonly daily toners) are readily available and are often directed for regular, everyday use. This has the potential to oversensitize the skin, and impair the natural skin barrier function. That’s why at Medik8 we believe that occasional use of glycolic acid is best - not daily. Leave daily acids to super-gentle PHAs (polyhydroxy acids, found in Press & Glow).
3. Instead, Sleep Glycolic takes an innovative approach to at-home glycolic acid, harnessing the powerful exfoliating effects of glycolic acid in a bi-weekly treatment without the downsides.
4. Glycolic acid is encapsulated in a crystal cyclodextrin ‘shell’ that is slowly broken down on contact with the skin. The encapsulation gradually delivers the high strength exfoliating acid into the skin overnight to minimize any potential for discomfort. How To Use
For use 2-3 times a week.
1. After cleansing in the evening, smooth a pea-sized amount of Sleep Glycolic onto the face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye area.
2. Follow with other serums and night moisturizer. Leave on overnight.
3. Always wear sunscreen the next day after using Sleep Glycolic.
4. A note on layering; as Sleep Glycolic is a direct acid, it should be the first step in your evening skincare routine. Layer all other serums and moisturizers over this.

Crystal Encapsulation
A cyclodextrin-based shell which encapsulates the glycolic acid. On the skin this slowly breaks down, delivering the glycolic acid gradually into the skin.

Glycerin
As a natural humectant, glycerin helps to trap water within the skin to leave it feeling hydrated and comfortable.

Korean Clover Extract
Native to South Korea, Korean Clover Extract works alongside glycolic acid to support the skin’s natural overnight processes. It can help to support the natural skin barrier, leaving skin brighter and healthier-looking.

“The effectiveness of exfoliating acid products depends heavily on two factors; acid concentration and the pH of the formula. A low pH is crucial to activate acids within a cosmetic formula.
