How discounts and free gifts will be applied to your basket 

30% off discounts and free gifts will be displayed automatically in your basket once the threshold has been met after the discount. These offers are only available through us.medik8.

2. Exclusions & Limitations

2.1 The following products are excluded from the 30% off discount: Gift Cards, Bundles, Holiday Kits, travel sizes, accessories and subscription orders.

2.2 Express shipping will be unavailable between November 20, 2025 to December 2, 2025. 

2.3 Offers are only available at us.medik8. Only 1 offer may be redeemed per order. 

2.4 Offers are subject to availability and valid while stocks last and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discount codes (including loyalty points). 

2.5 To ensure you receive your free gifts, please avoid placing orders via the Shopify Pay App or TikTok Shop App, as free gifts will not appear in your basket. Instead, place your order directly through us.medik8., where your free gifts will be automatically added at checkout.

2.6 We reserve the right to cancel or amend our offers at any time. 

2.7 No limitations or exclusions affect your statutory rights.

3. Delivery

During the busy Black Friday period, delivery may be subject to delays, however we aim to ensure orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. Express shipping will be unavailable between Thursday November 20, 2025 to Tuesday December 2, 2025.

4. Order Amendments & Refunds

We will not be processing amendments to orders over the busy Black Friday period between Thursday November 20, 2025 to Tuesday December 2, 2025. Order amendments will resume from Wednesday December 3, 2025 onwards.

For returns issues from Canada, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service team here. 

For returns from the USA, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we simply ask that you return the product to us at least half-full within 30 days after the date that you placed your order. Please note that we do charge a small return shipping fee that covers the administrative and logistical costs associated with managing the return. It will never exceed $7 USD for returns within the USA. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount and can be seen on your return summary in the returns portal.

If the value of your return makes your spend below the threshold of $150, $160, $170, $180 (depending which offer is applicable at the time of purchase), then the free gift must also be sent back to us so we can fully process your return. If the free gift is not returned, the price of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

5. Me&Medik8 Loyalty Program

Loyalty vouchers will be unavailable to use in conjunction with our Black Friday offers. 

6. Medik8 Welcome Code

The Medik8 Welcome code will not be valid between Thursday 11.20.2025 03.00 AM EST to Wednesday 12.03.2025 03.00 AM EST.

7. Other terms

7.1 We are not responsible for errors, omissions, malfunctions, interruptions, corruption, deletions, delays or failures of operations or the software providing this promotion.  

7.2 All participants will be deemed to have read, accepted, and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
