Gender Pay Gap
We have been measuring and publicly reporting our Gender Pay Gap since 2023, and are making good strides in reducing the gap by 14% over the past year. We are incredibly proud of our 50:50 gender balance in our leadership team and our majority-female manufacturing and R&D workforce as well as our commitment to fairness and transparency in our performance processes.
DE&I
We conduct an annual survey on self-declaration, voice, and inclusion, using minority group feedback to guide our priorities. A dedicated community holds regular meetings to address concerns, and we organize "Lunch & Learns" to promote inclusivity. To reduce bias, we're updating core people processes, including removing gendered language from role descriptions.
Social Impact
Proudly collaborating, volunteering or donating to charities and nonprofits which our customers, our employees, our founder and our professional network feel most passionate about, with every purchase made on our UK website directly contributing towards funding material positive impacts.
Volunteering
Every employee benefits of two days of paid volunteering, which they can take alongside their team with charities supported by Medik8, or to support a passion in their personal life. We aim to volunteer at least 500h each year.
