You earn Me&Medik8 points for:

• Purchases: 1 point for every $1 spent.
• Referring a friend who makes a purchase.
• Leaving a review.
• Your birthday.

Who can join?

• US residents aged 18 or over.
• Consumers (not businesses).
• Account holders, Referrers, and Referral Customers who meet requirements and agree to the terms.

Not valid for:

• Businesses for affiliate lead generation.
• Use with other offers, promo codes, discounted bundles, or already discounted products.

When you make your first purchase you unlock Crystal status. You can then upgrade your status by purchasing more products during the 12 month period from when you unlock Crystal status. Here’s how to move up the tier:  

• Crystal: unlocked on enrolling.
• Crystal Plus: unlocked when you spend $300 within 12 months of Crystal  
• Crystal Deluxe: unlocked when you Spend $600 within 12 months of Crystal Plus

Tier status is reviewed at the end of every 12 months from the day you reach it. Orders  placed in the last 12 months will determine your tier status at the review date. You will need to have spent the required minimum spend threshold for the relevant tier in order to maintain tier status otherwise your tier status will be adjusted to your spend. 

This benefit is unlocked when you reach Crystal status: 

• For every $1 you spend, you receive 1 point.
• Points can be swapped for Reward Vouchers at any time, but you will not be able to apply your Reward Vouchers during any promotional periods or use the Reward Vouchers in connection with any other discount codes.
• Reward Vouchers are unlocked when you swap your points for Reward Vouchers.
• 6 Reward Vouchers can be generated and these are: $10 (100 points), $20 (200 points), $30 (300 points), $40 (400 points), $50 (500 points), $60 (600 points) 

Reward Vouchers expire 6 months after they are issued. There is a minimum $30 spend after the Reward Voucher is applied so for example to use a $50 Reward Voucher your spend would need to be $80 for the code to work.

This benefit is unlocked when you reach Crystal status: 

• For every $1 you spend, you receive 1 point.
• Points can be swapped for products in the range at any time including during promotional periods.
• The number of points required to exchange for products will vary and the range of products are subject to change at any time.
• If you do not add another product to your bag at checkout then you will be required to pay standard delivery fee. 
• If you swap your points for a product and you return the product, you will receive all your points back on processing of the return.

Do I get my points back if I return my order when using a Reward Voucher?

Yes, if you request a full refund on an order partly paid with a Reward Voucher, you will receive all points back. 

No, if you request a partial refund on an order partly paid with a Reward Voucher, you will not receive your points back as the discount is applied at order level.

• Product purchase, product review and refer a friend points expire after 6 months
• Anniversary and graduation gifts will appear in your account and must be added to a purchase within 3 months or the gift will expire. 
• Birthday points for Crystal and Crystal Plus expire after 6 months.
• Crystal Deluxe birthday gifts expire after 30 days. You can pick from a variety of gifts and add these to your bag at checkout without requiring any other purchase. 
• Reward Vouchers expire after 6 months from the date of creation.
• Me&Medik8 Points and Reward Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value. 
• Only one Reward Voucher or offer can be used per transaction at checkout on us.medik8.com. 
• Reward Vouchers are one time use and any unused value will be lost. 
• Reward Vouchers are for us.medik8.com product purchases only 
• Reward Vouchers do not apply to shipping costs, and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
• If the program ends, or your account is cancelled, any unredeemed points or codes may be lost.
• Use of codes are subject to restrictions, for example during sales the codes will  not work.

Earn points by leaving a product review when we email you a request:

• Crystal: 50 points 
• Crystal Plus: 60 points 
• Crystal Deluxe: 80 points 

Product review points expire 6 months after they are issued so make sure you redeem the rewards before they expire.

Whenever we incentivise you to review a product by emailing you a request to do so, you must disclose in your review that the review is an incentivised review.

Reward points or a gift are unlocked on your birthday:

• Crystal: 50 points
• Crystal Plus: 150 points
• Crystal Deluxe: A product gift

Birthday points for Crystal and Crystal Plus expire after 12 months. 

Birthday gifts for Crystal Deluxe expire after 3 months.

Reward points or a gift are unlocked when you reach Crystal Plus and Crystal Deluxe tiers:

• Crystal Plus: A product gift once you reach Crystal Plus 
• Crystal Deluxe: A product gift once you reach Crystal Deluxe 

Graduation gifts will appear in your account and must be added to a purchase within 3 months or the gift will expire.

Anniversary Gifts are only unlocked to Crystal Deluxe members. Anniversary gifts are unlocked when you stay in the Crystal Deluxe tier after the initial 12 months of having been in the tier has passed. To stay in the Crystal Deluxe tier, you need to have spent $600 in the 12 months after you reach that tier.

Anniversary gifts will appear in your account and must be added to a purchase within 3 months or the gift will expire.

Crystal Plus and Crystal Deluxe members unlock free standard delivery with every purchase.

How Referrers Earn Points

1. Share your Referral Link with eligible friends.
2. Eligible Referral Customers must click your link, place an order on us.medik8.com, and apply the Reward Voucher.
3. Crystal, Crystal Plus, and Crystal Deluxe members receive 200 points for each eligible referral. Points are pending and allocated within 35 days of the Referral Customer's purchase. Please allow some time for your account to update, if you have not received your Me&Medik8 Points more than 30 days after your friend has made their purchase please contact customercare@medik8.us.
4. Referral points expire 6 months after they are issued.
5. You can refer as many friends as you like.
6. Points are earned only when a Referral Customer uses your link and places an order.
7. Points are automatically credited to your Account.
8. Referrers should disclose to eligible friends that they will receive points on a successful referral. 

If Referral Customers frequently cancel orders, we may disqualify the Referrer.

How Referral Customers Get a Reward Voucher

1. You must be a new customer (no existing or previous accounts).
2. Use the Referral Link to place an order on us.medik8.com and apply the Reward Voucher during the same visit.
3. The Reward Voucher applies to your first order only and is for one-time use and any unused value will be lost. 

Returns & Cancellations

• If a Referral Customer returns an item or cancels an order, their Reward Voucher becomes invalid, and related points awarded to the Referral Customer and the Referrer will be removed.
• If an Account holder returns or cancels an order in full the points earnt on that order will be removed from their account in full.
• If an Account holder refunds an order partially, points will be removed from their account partially too. 

Misuse of the Program

Any misuse (as we determine) may lead to invalid Reward Vouchers, point forfeiture, or disqualification from the program.

We can investigate and disqualify Accounts if we believe points or codes were gained unfairly (ex., self-referral, spamming Referral Links). We may delay or suspend rewards for investigation. If a Referral Customer cancels/returns an order, related pending points will be deducted, and Reward Vouchers may be withdrawn.

Bulk email distribution, sending links to strangers, or any "spam" promotion of Referral Links is prohibited and will result in account termination.

Personal information will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering your points program, tracking spending and sending out marketing and offers (if you have opted in for marketing). We will process your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

By clicking a Referral Link, Referral Customers acknowledge some personal info may be shared with the Referrer. Only use links from people you know and trust.

We may disqualify you from the programme or close your Account if you:

• Use the program unfairly.
• Break these terms.
• Tamper with the program.
• Violate any law or third-party rights.

If disqualified or your account is closed, any unredeemed points or codes will be forfeited. Our decisions are final.

We can cancel the program or change these terms at any time. This will not affect existing eligible points or Reward Vouchers.

• We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or malfunctions of the program.
• We may update these terms; please check for updates.
• We are not liable for financial, economic, or indirect losses (e.g., lost reputation, profit, or points) arising from this program, except where legally prohibited. Our liability is limited to the monetary value of your eligible points or Reward Vouchers.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or corrupted rewards. 
• We make no warranties or representations, either express or implied, with respect to the scheme, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• The accumulation of rewards does not entitle participants to any vested rights and participants may not rely on the continued availability of any reward or redemption level.
• This Scheme is void where prohibited by law.
• No claim can be brought against us more than 12 months after it arose.
• Your statutory rights are not affected, except as permitted by law.

By participating, you confirm you have read, accepted, and are bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Terms of service, and our Privacy Policy.

In these Terms & Conditions the above words have the following meanings: 

“Account” means an individual's us.medik8.com account;  

“Reward Voucher” means the reward code provided to account holders or Referral Customers;

“You / Your” means new and existing Account holders;

“Me&Medik8 Points” means points allocated to Your Account; 

“Referral Customer(s)” means a Referrer’s friends or family who has not previously shopped on us.medik8.com and to whom the Referrer shares their unique link;

“Referral Link” means the unique referral link we provide to Referrers; 

“Referrer(s)” means an Account holder.
