Where the product you purchase is subject to our "Easy 30 Day Returns Policy" you can purchase direct from us with confidence, and definitely no hassle. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we simply ask that you return the product to us at least half-full within 30 days after the date that you placed your order. Please ensure that you are satisfied with our return policy before placing an order. The costs associated with the return of the product(s) must be met by you.

Once the product has been returned you will receive a product refund together with the delivery costs that you paid up to the amount of our standard delivery charge (unless we have already refunded that charge to you in connection with any other return) or a product exchange to the same value (subject to availability and reason for return) depending on your preference. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for purchase. Please see below as to how to return the product(s).

Where your order benefited from a discount or offer by virtue of it being a custom bundle, eligible product combination or due to your shopping cart value, then if you do not return the entire order we will recalculate the order price of the products that you have chosen to retain using the prices and appropriate discounts (if any) applicable at the time of your original order. We will then refund the difference (if any) between the price of your original order and the recalculated order. Where the value or nature of your original order entitled you to a free gift you must also return that free gift at least half-full at the same time, failing which we reserve the right to deduct the price of that gift from the refund (or charge you any excess, if the value of the free gift is greater than the amount of the refund due). Please note that pre-made kits (eg The CSA Philosophy Kit) are considered single products and must be returned as one item with each item in the kit returned at least half-full.

If your product was purchased from another e-tailer, you will need to arrange your return with them directly in accordance with their own returns policy.

Simply contact us for a returns number and, upon receipt of your product, we will issue your refund.

How It Works
Balance is key when it comes to exfoliation; overuse of powerful AHAs everyday can often lead to sensitisation of the skin and premature skin ageing due to the skin’s inability to repair itself. PHAs are made up of larger molecules than AHAs and BHAs, meaning they only exfoliate the surface of the skin. This makes PHAs the perfect match for those who want to achieve true daily exfoliation while keeping the skin barrier healthy.
1. PHA gluconolactone works on the skin surface to exfoliate dead skin cells, to reveal a fresher, more radiant appearance.
2. Gluconolactone works perfectly in partnership with vitamin A, helping to improve the visible results of the gold-standard skincare ingredient by promoting visibly smoother textured skin and hydration.
3. Prickly pear extract helps to support natural exfoliation, while aloe vera and acai extract work with the gluconolactone to hydrate and soothe the skin.
How To Use
Unlock by twisting the top half of the pump counter-clockwise until it clicks to activate.
1. After cleansing in the morning and evening, hold a facial pad (reusable is best) firmly over Press & Glow and push down 3-4 times.
2. Sweep the pad over the complexion, avoiding the delicate eye area.
3. Twist the pump clockwise until it clicks to secure.
4. For Press & Glow Refill, transfer the pump saved from your previous Press & Glow bottle onto the Press & Glow Refill.
  
  Pump may be used on 5 Press & Glow Refills before disposal in your usual trash. Recycle the bottle and cap alongside your household recycling.

The Science Behind

“Polyhydroxy acids (PHAs) are a new generation of exfoliating acid. PHAs are different to traditional exfoliating acids, as they have more hydroxyl (OH) groups within their molecular structure. More OH groups make the molecule larger. They work on the skin's surface without disturbing the delicate layers that lie beneath.
