Duties and Delivery Paid Standard Flat Rate is $17.

Standard shipping will take 6-14 business days

As part of our delivery service we cover your cross border fees such as taxes, customs fees and your import duties so that your import arrives at your door without additional fees to pay. 

This means that you should not have any additional charges "surprises" to pay when you import and receive your parcel. Please note that whilst we act as your agent to arrange delivery and imports on your behalf you will be the importer of the parcel we arrange to be sent to you.

Unfortunately we are not currently able to ship to the Saskatchewan Province. We are reviewing this and hope to be able to re-open this Province in the future, and we will notify you if and when this does happen. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

First, we want to let you know that most shipments make it through customs without any delays. That said, from time-to-time customs authorities review a shipment and may ask for additional information before the customs authorities clear the shipment for final delivery. If we need additional information from you to get your shipment cleared by customs, we will reach out to you. Reviews by customs authorities can take as little as a few hours, but occasionally can last much longer.
